Breakfast at JPY 1320, it was decent with a small but good selection of Japanese and Western dishes. Location was good with a 25 min walk to Prince Hotel West where my conference took place (at about 40% of the cost). The rooms have very thick walls, and I never heard noises from any of the neighbouring suites. The only time I heard other guests was with children skipping down the hallway.

Convenient and good location, drive 10 min to Karuizawa Snow resort. LAWSON Convenient store is located next to the hotel by walk 3 min. The building is little bit old, but inside the building is renovated, and clean room. Japanese staff reception is very friendly, and helpful. Free parking. Overall excellent, better than my expectation, will definitely stay again! ありがとうございます。

Reasonable business hotel! The rooms are clean and bathroom is big enough. I needed a cheap accomodation for one night in Karuizawa, and it was very good. Breakfast is ok too. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Check-in was fast and efficient! I walked from Karuizawa station, 20-25min depending on your walking pace.

Value for money was exceptional. If the cost was 3x then my feeling would be much different. For this price range, cleanliness is the most important factor and the room was very clean.

The location is a 15-min walk from the Karuizawa station. The breakfast was good for the money I paid. Very healthy choices and tasty.

It’s a very welcoming hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean room and well maintained. Had a good stayed. Lots of parking lots.
